I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Vehicle Design Bespoke Programme Lead to join their team

Job Description

As Programme Lead, your main responsibilities include:

• Driving programme delivery, from concept to production
• Cross- functional collaboration, across multiple teams
• Ensure all activities are in-line and delivered on time
• Ensure activities are based on Agile Ways of Working

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Experienced at planning, monitoring and delivering, programmes and projects
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Risk, issues and impediments management skillset
• Change management experience
• Proven record of implementing process improvements
