Contechs is committed to innovation, investment in people, design flair and engineering excellence. The company has developed an Integrated Management System (IMS) to control the quality of the service provided from planning to the completion stages of the service delivery process. These procedures and processes apply to our staff, suppliers and sub-contractors and the company believes in monitoring outputs to share and discuss with our customers.
The Contechs IMS provides a framework for establishing and reviewing objectives and is communicated and understood throughout the organisation. It is the policy of Contechs to commit to satisfy all applicable requirements. We will recognise the Client’s own procedures and requirements but will not compromise on quality of services.
Contechs will put its Quality Policy into practice by undertaking to commit to the following:
To achieve customer satisfaction by delivering our services in line with the principle of ‘Right First Time’ and to deliver products when we agree to with our customers.
To ensure procurement of quality goods from responsible suppliers at the lowest rate.
To ensure training and communication with our employees on quality policy and procedures.
To increase the awareness of our suppliers and our customers of continual improvement.
To maintain our Quality Management System certification ISO 9001:2015.
To meet all applicable legislation, internationally accepted standards, and both customer and market needs.
To pursue continual improvement throughout all company processes and activities.
Contechs will achieve its Quality objectives through the following:
To implement and maintain an IMS which conforms to ISO 9001:2015, and
ISO 14001:2015 as applicable to the scope of products and services undertaken by the business.
Make Quality an ongoing strategic objective in the overall business development planning and to continually improve the IMS effectiveness.
To ensure interested parties and customer needs and expectations and the risk impacts and opportunities have been determined and actioned.
To expand the application of risk-based thinking to minimise waste and process variability, creating prevention rather than detection control systems wherever possible.
To provide adequate information, instruction, training and awareness to allow all employees to perform their duties in a safe and competent manner, in order to protect themselves and the company’s property.
There is a commitment to continually improve the effectiveness of the business and the management system. This policy statement is communicated to all staff and is available to interested parties on request. The policy will be reviewed at 12 monthly intervals and if necessary revised in the light of changes to the IMS, legislative and/or organisational or other changes as appropriate. Contechs Board of Directors has overall responsibility for this policy.
