Founded in 1997, Contechs has been at the forefront of automotive design, engineering, technology and innovation for over 25 years.
Opening our current Basildon offices (UK) in 2002, the business soon expanded to acquire additional premises in Warwick (UK) as well as the acquisition of the Hawtal Whiting business in 2003; a Tier 1 supplier of design, engineering, and recruitment services to JLR.
Six years later, our expansive global growth plan began with the introduction of teams in Hyderabad, India.
In 2014, the business consolidated operations in Europe, with the establishment of our German division (Contechs GmbH) in Cologne.
Building on our long-standing relationships with US-based automotive OEMs, in 2018 we established operations in Michigan.
Our global footprint now includes teams based in Europe, India and USA and we continue to acquire and build alliances with new automotive partners around the world.
