Position Title: Project Manager
Duration: 4 Month Rolling Contract
Location: Gaydon
Division: Engineering Operations

- This role will be lead Project Manager for up to 2 x Client projects
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Coordinate inputs/deliverables from internal functions and external suppliers/partners
- Coordinate with project manager for the consortia on documentation, inputs, aligned output and ways of working
- Maintain project progress view
- Manage timelines and progress on a daily basis for all Client deliverable items
- Liaise and manage external stakeholders and ensure alignment between dependencies and deliverables, facilitating resolution of incompatibilities and timing risk
- Facilitate project cadence and governance i.e. problem resolution, Agile workflow, Deliverable Gateway report-out and Senior stakeholder reviews
- Scope and change management responsibilities
- Manage the risk register and KPIs
- Ensure adherence to the Clients' specific systems and tools (i.e. RADS) in order to recoup against Government funding Sync with the CR and D team (handling the claims) to make sure evidence of deliverables and of spend or hours worked is aligned
- Support technical PM in the monthly reviews
Skills Required:
- Knowledge/experience of Technical Project Management
- Knowledge/experience of Risk Management Internal and External supplier co-ordination or x functional project management
Experience Required:
- Previous Technical Project Management experience inc. Project management of complex engineering test activities Internal and External supplier co-ordination and management
- Risk management
- Finance and budget control Timing, cadence and governance management
- Project documentation and reporting
- Microsoft package elements Power Point and Excel
Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge or Experience of AGILE working principles
- Knowledge or understanding of Home Energy Management or Vehicle to Grid principles
- Knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and cross functional experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
