I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are a British multinational automobile manufacturer which produces luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles. They are looking for a Manufacturing Productivity Engineer to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Dunton, Essex

Job Description

As Manufacturing Productivity Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• Familiar with Industrial Engineering practices, the engineering skills and systems required to deliver robust, safe processes that consistently meet quality and productivity requirements
• Proven track record for delivering highly technical projects delivered by cross functional teams.
• Adept at working with key members of other skill teams, such as manufacturing operations, to address difficult issues by facilitating dialogue and gaining trust.
• Familiar with Industrial Engineering practices, the engineering skills and systems required to deliver robust, safe processes that consistently meet quality and productivity requirements
• Skilful problem solver.
• Using tools and process discipline to quickly resolve program issues by facilitating dialogue and identifying solutions.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Atleast 3yrs prior experience as an Productivity (Industrial) Engineer in industry or have held a process engineering or manufacturing engineer role with Productivity Engineering responsibilities
