Manufacturing Engineer

5 days onsite in Præstø, Denmark

6 month contract

*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the EU and travel within the EU.*

As Manufacturing Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• Build out a Bill of Process for the build
• Develop product/vehicle/structure manufacturing approaches, design tooling, and provide hands-on leadership throughout a prototype build
• Help plan the assembly station, tool layout, part storage etc.
• Develop a process for issue raising and tracking
• Manage issue raising and tracking throughout the build
• Lead the gathering of feedback and lessons learned for future builds
• Report build issues and drive their resolution efficiently.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Experience in development programme delivery, particularly in low-volume, high-performance vehicle projects.
• Proficiency in CAD-based systems for virtual build analysis
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Practical experience within the automotive industry
• Experience in an automotive test and development environment is advantageous.
