I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team
Job Description
As Manufacturing Engineer your main responsibilities are:
- The Engineer will carry out problem definition on all related Integrated Test Planning issues raised on all vehicle assessments.
- Experience of cross functional co-ordination capability in Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Quality.
- Vehicle technician experience or vehicle fault finding welcome
- You carry out problem definition for issues found during system simulation, rig testing and engineering fleet usage.
- This role will also learn from fleet data to address current car issues
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Previous experience of Vehicle Launch or Plant Vehicle operations including experience of delivery of problem resolutions in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Experience of cross functional co-ordination capability in Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Quality.
- Strong, structured failure mode avoidance and problem-solving capability.
- Knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables.
