Job Description
- Design & Development of Integrated Electrical Systems:
- Design electrical control systems for hydraulic testbeds, including wiring diagrams, control panels, and instrumentation in Catia V5 or NX
- Specify and integrate sensors, actuators, and other electronic components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with hydraulic engineers to ensure seamless integration between electrical and hydraulic components.
- Develop systems for monitoring and controlling hydraulic pressure, flow, and temperature.
- Develop or program PLCs, HMIs, or other control systems to automate test processes.
- Implement data acquisition systems for real-time monitoring and analysis.
- Oversee the assembly and commissioning of the hydraulic test rig.
- Conduct tests to validate the performance and reliability of the electrical systems.

Skills / Qualifications needed
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and their electrical interfaces.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
- Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, hydraulic, software engineers).
- Clear technical documentation and presentation skills.
- Precision in design and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Proven experience in designing hydraulic systems and test rigs.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles, fluid mechanics, and electrical system dynamics.
- Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools like MATLAB, ANSYS, or Simulink.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within automotive, although aerospace, or other industrial sectors will be considered
- Hands-on experience with testbed assembly, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems is a plus.
