12-month initial contract

Hybrid working - Manchester (2-3 days per week onsite)

£69 per hour (Inside IR35), 40 hours per week

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Manchester, who are seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to join their team

Job Description

As Cyber Security Consultant, your main responsibilities include:

• Providing consultation to product teams, in security architecture and design
• Conduct security reviews of new, and existing, products and services
• Developing and owning architectural solutions, that deliver the highest standard of security
• Collaborating closely with Solution Architecture team, to ensure the systems are secure by design
• Working with engineering teams to create threat models

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Software engineering, with DevSecOps
• Cyber security best practices, security threats and controls
• Application security and threat modelling
• SDLC process, technology, and automation, in a DevOps environment; with OWASP best practice
• Agile delivery frameworks
