Honda has unveiled a new electric vehicle (EV) series at Las Vegas-based technology event the Consumer Electronic Show (CES). Named the ‘Honda 0 Series’, the newly launched line-up includes two concept models, Saloon and Space-Hub.
The Japanese manufacturer is aiming to realise carbon neutrality for all products and corporate activities by 2050. The company is pursuing electrification as part of its 2050 roadmap, with these two all-electric models forming a significant step in this commitment. Both featuring sleek, futuristic designs, the two EVs aim to embody the ‘joy of driving’, a core value of Honda in its car making. The first model of the Honda 0 Series is expected for launch in 2026, starting from North America and later expanding to other global markets shortly after.
As the world makes the switch to EVs, Contechs is at the forefront of research and development, able to provide its prestigious OEM clients with innovative electrical engineering services as they strive for a greener, safer future of motoring.
