JLR's Electrified Modular Architecture (EMA) is positioned to influence the future of electric vehicles (EVs).
Tata Passenger Electric Mobility (TPEM) and Jaguar Land Rover have formally agreed to obtain a license for JLR's EMA platform for the purpose of developing Tata Motors’ 'Avinya' concept series of premium pure electric vehicles.
Access to the EMA platform not only helps TPEM to establish a strong and quick presence in the high-end EV market but also reduces development cycle time and costs. This marks the second major joint project announced between Tata Motors and JLR.
Contechs currently supports JLR and other prestigious OEMs on a range of vehicle programmes, providing innovative solutions for the vehicles of tomorrow.
