I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Vehicle Engineering & Architecture Lead Engineer to join their team.

As Vehicle Architecture Lead Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• It's an opportunity that focuses on the whole vehicle engineering and technical integration and the role will have exposure to the key areas that influence vehicle technology development, interacting across engineering functions and attribute teams .
• To develop our vehicle architecture technology toolkit, ensuring the application of that tool kit is technically compatible with vehicle level attribute targets and programme deliverables
• You will liaise and interface with multiple functions to apply high value customer innovations and compile robust assumptions and data to develop the requirements and features chosen for implementation on/into the architecture toolkit.
• You'll be required to manage a complex flow of changing information, coming from all functions and maintaining records appropriately.
• You will manage the Vehicle Engineering technical delivery activities against a series of vehicle architecture and programme deliverables.

Skills Required:

• Vehicle or Major Product Customer Attributes
• Vehicle or other major systems integration
• Engineering degree or similar relevant experience
• Experience in Automotive or Aerospace Industry
• Experience in Software or wider Tech industry
