I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Project Management Specialist to join their team

Job Description

As Technical Project Management Specialist, your main responsibilities are:

• Responsible for value-driven delivery of continuous improvement projects
• Required to lead and/or support the delivery of key transformation projects and technology advancements
• Guide teams on their aspiration setting and roadmap generation, coordinating team setup and efficiencies, and driving the delivery of the work streams
• Support and lead operational activities, including agile ceremonies, change & engagement activities and project monitoring.
• Opportunity to co-lead the coordination of projects

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Extensive years automotive experience
• Experience of automotive programme delivery process
• Experience of influencing teams and programme managing projects, for a defined outcome
• Experience of working within an AGILE framework.
