4-month initial contract

Onsite - Solihull & Wolverhampton

£40 per hour (Inside IR35)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Solihull and Wolverhampton, who are seeking a Systems Trainer to join their team

Job Description

As Systems Trainer, your main responsibilities are:

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Design and create role-based SAP user training
• Developing training content, including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations and quick reference guides
• Evaluating the SAP users' level of knowledge at appropriated levels
• Identify and onboard Early Adopters and Super Users

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Proven experience in a Trainer role
• Experience of material creation, using recording software
• Experience collecting, documenting and planning the Training Needs for a project.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 and Plant Maintenance systems (preferred)
