Position Title: Senior AI Service Designer

Description of the Assignment

• Join our Clients' Digital & Interaction team, a cross-functional group where interdisciplinary focus, curiosity, and drive are highly valued.
• Our Client collaborate closely with all design departments to shape the future of mobility experiences.
• As a Senior AI Service Designer, you will lead the development and implementation of up-to-date AI solutions in concept development for automotive HMI.
• You will contribute to the creation, evaluation, and documentation of cutting-edge solutions for various applications, including interfaces for autonomous driving, predictive user needs, and customer experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and conceptual implementation of AI models and applied solutions for diverse applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI thinking and deeper smartness to HMI concepts and possible services.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior AI developers and researchers.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI integrated systems.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and other AI methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of HMI design principles and user experience.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in HMI development.
• Understanding of adaptive interfaces and intelligent automation.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest AI and HMI development technologies and trends.
