Product Analyst - Payroll

12-month contract

Hybrid working - Whitley, CV (2-3 days per week onsite)

£32 per hour (Inside IR35), 40 hours per week

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Whitley, who are seeking a Product Analyst to join their team

Job Description

As Product Analyst, your main responsibilities are:

• Play a pivotal role in advancing our Payroll & Procure to Pay realm
• Responsible for all tech elements required to fulfil key business capabilities, in Finance
• Overlook operations systems, change management, support and managing risks of product area
• Lead the delivery of change, via efficient deployment of technology
• Work in partnership with business stakeholders, to create robust tech roadmap and strategy

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Experience of delivering Digital initiatives
• Strong Knowledge of Product Management Frameworks
• Ability to frame and structure business problems, and match with appropriate digital solution/s
• Strong commercial and technical acumen
• Experience of Agile/Waterfall delivery
