Job Description

As Powertrain Senior CAD Designer your main responsibilities are:

• Initial Study / Package for 2WD variant of the product.
• Review existing CAD package and propose the expected minimum changes required to create a 2WD variant
• Consider how this can be done to maximise common components between AWD and 2WD variants
• E-Axle to be removed as part of this study
• Initial Add/Delete list / PMXU to be created
• For unique components / systems - propose suppliers and high level cost estimates for changes / new inclusions
• Provide a presentation with initial suggestions for DVP / validation implications for an optional 2WD variant
• List expected additional tests / sign-off required to deliver this variant
• The Clients' homologation support required

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Drivetrain experience
• CATIA V5
• Supercar / Hypercar experience
• AWD / 2WD drivetrain packaging knowledge
• Strong end-client communication and presentation skills
