I am currently recruiting on behalf of a British multinational automobile manufacturer which produces luxury vehicles and SUV. They are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team on a rolling contract basis

Job Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• Develop and establish technology specific forum BAU and business planning process cadence
• Build robust cross enterprise network in support of the Technology forum and business objectives (performance improvement and strategic initiatives)
• Ensure best practises, lessons learnt, and innovations ideas are captured, shared and diffused across Manufacturing plants and technologies as applicable
• Support cross technology forum knowledge and activity sharing through central team integration Facilitation of internal and external benchmarking activities

Experience Required:

• Enterprise, Industrial Operations and Manufacturing networking and stakeholder management
• Complex workstream Facilitation, Coordination and Planning skills Technology operational and / or Global Manufacturing Engineering experience in BIW ideally, certainly in manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders / leadership groups inside and outside of Manufacturing Sub-chapter
