£31 per hour (Inside IR35)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team

Job Description

As Business Systems Analyst, your main responsibilities are:

• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
• Support business initiatives, utilizing Project Management expertise
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
• Reconcile conflicts
• Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Serve as the conduit between business departments, through which requirements flow

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Relevant experience in Business Processes
• Experience of cross-functional team working
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes
• IT skills, with a strong knowledge of process flow diagrams
