10-month initial contract

Hybrid working - Gaydon

£33 per hour (Inside IR35)

About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Human Behaviour Researcher to join their team

Job Description

As Human Behaviour Researcher, your main responsibilities are:

  • Developing concepts for future vehicles
  • Plan sprints, develop test requirements and carry out a continual testing plan, to assess UI proposals
  • Key performance metrics published on a regular basis
  • Robust analysis of technical data
  • Apply a user-centred design approach

Qualifications / Skills needed

  • Strong scientific knowledge, with an understanding of current research in the development of human machine interfaces
  • Familiar with a human-centred design process
  • Experience of delivering technical products as part of a team
  • Understand how to collect data, to answer detailed research questions
  • Experience of planning & conducting experimental studies & testing
